Steps for viewing a channel -
In order to view a channel you must download and install the vexcast web Player Plugin or accept and install the active x plugin which appears in the player area of a channel page. If you install the web player plugin, it is not necessary to install the active x and vice versa. Steps for installing the active x plugin - If you do not see the active x when visiting a channel page for the first time. You must change the security settings of your internet explorer browser in order see the installation window of the active x plugin. To do this, go to Tools > Security > and then click Custom level. Once you are in the custom level section, you can make the necessary adjustments for active x settings or you may just set the custom settings to "Medium" or "Low". Please note you can always reverse these settings. |
